Sitting or standing for long periods of time, lack of muscular use or muscular overuse, and shame or disconnection can have an impact on the health and wellness of the pelvis. Through yoga, breath work, and somatic awareness practices, we can address low muscle tone, over-engagement, anxiety and pain.

“I cannot emphasize enough how incredible it was to work with Jodi on my pelvic floor health -- she was instructive and educational, helping me to learn about my body in a way that put me at ease. Unfortunately, I almost always find that with women's health, practitioners can be very dismissive, and Jodi is the opposite - she truly listened to my concerns and provided thoughtful responses that demonstrate a keen knowledge of her subject and a compassion for my concerns. She used mindfulness as well as yoga poses to help me deepen into my experience. I felt calm and nurtured, and will definitely be booking more sessions with her soon!” - Kateri Berasi, Psy.D
