As a Yoga and Pilates teacher specializing in pelvic floor and core health, this is what I offer:
Yoga and Pilates - focusing on mobility, strengthening and stretching through a mindfulness lens.
Pre and Postnatal Sessions - Meeting your powerful changing body exactly where it is and learning how to work with it.
Pelvic Floor Health - Focusing on pelvic pain and tightness, and well as pelvis floor strengthening.
